Hadas Sagi – Head of the Employment Law Department – the Employment Law Department provides a wide range of services pertaining to all aspects of employment law, including private employment law and collective bargaining issues.

Through the Employment Law Department - counseling and representation on all aspects of Employment Law. The services provided by the department include counseling employers on recruitment procedures, formulating private employment agreements and revising existing agreements, non-competition agreements, confidentiality agreements, and protection of Intellectual Property. Additionally, the department counsels on issues of minimum wages, special employment groups, provides professional legal opinions, represents employers in employment tribunals, counsels employers on issues of collective bargaining and reorganization. Other issues include advice on employment aspect of commercial engagements including mergers and acquisitions, employment incentive plans, pension schemes and updating clients on employment law issues and developments.
